This Privacy Policy explains how CHP Enterprises LLC d/b/a E9 Club ("E9 Club," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about people who visit our website at https://www.e9clubs.com (the "Site"), enter our promotions, contact us, or otherwise share personal information with us ("Users"). By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information to provide our membership and club services, respond to inquiries and tour requests, run promotions and giveaways, market our services to people who have agreed to hear from us, protect our business and Users, and meet our legal obligations.

  • Non-personal information does not identify you. It includes aggregated usage data and technical details your device sends when you use the Site, such as browser type, operating system, language preference, access time, pages viewed, and clicks. We use it to improve how the Site works.

  • Contact and inquiry information: your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send when you request a tour, ask about membership or event rentals, or contact us.
  • Promotion and giveaway entries: your name, email address, and phone number when you enter a giveaway, including through an entry form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram.
  • Text and chat messages: your phone number and the content of messages you send us through the Site's text chat feature or by text message.
  • Membership information: details needed to set up and manage a membership, such as your contact information and membership selections.


How we receive information about you

We receive personal information from these sources: You, when you fill out a form on the Site, request a tour, enter a giveaway, send us a text or chat message, or become a member. Advertising platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, when you submit an entry or inquiry form in one of our ads. Those platforms pass the information you enter to us. Your use of the Site, through cookies and similar technologies. Service providers that help us run the Site and our marketing, such as website hosting, analytics, and CRM providers.


How we use your information

We do not rent or sell your personal information. We use it to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and tour requests, and provide customer service.
  • Set up and manage memberships and deliver our services.
  • Run promotions and giveaways, including verifying eligibility, selecting winners, contacting winners, and awarding prizes.
  • Send you updates, offers, and promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them (see "Marketing" and "Text messaging"). Show you relevant advertising and measure how our ads perform (see "Advertisements").

  • Service providers that act on our behalf, such as website hosting and management (our Site is hosted by iMax Digital), CRM and email tools, text messaging providers, analytics providers, and marketing partners. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising platforms, such as Meta, to show ads and measure their results.
  • Our affiliates and subcontractors, to operate the club and our services.

We do not share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.


Text messaging

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, membership, giveaway entries, and offers from E9 Club. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or of entering a giveaway. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Marketing

We may use your name, email address, and phone number, directly or through service providers, to send you promotional materials about our club and services that we think may interest you. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your email address or phone number from our marketing lists. We may still send you nonmarketing messages, such as membership notices, giveaway winner notifications, or responses to your requests. 


Advertisements

We advertise on third-party platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services, run and document our promotions, meet our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. How long we keep it depends on the type of information and why we collected it. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need. We may correct, update, or remove incomplete or inaccurate information at any time. How we protect your information We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, and we require our service providers to protect it as well. E9 Club is based in Illinois, and we intend the Site for people in the United States. Your information is stored and processed in the United States. This Privacy Policy covers only information that E9 Club collects and how we use and disclose it. When you share information with other websites or platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, their own terms and privacy policies apply. We encourage you to read them.

Corporate transactions

If E9 Club is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of all or part of its business, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. The new owner will take on the rights and obligations described in this Privacy Policy.


Minors

The Site is not designed for or directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our giveaways are open only to people 18 or older.
